Distance Sales Agreement
1. PARTIES
This distance sales agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between the parties below in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below:

BUYER:
The party referred to as "Buyer" in this agreement is the customer who places an order through the website.
2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the regulation of rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the Buyer requests to purchase and the Seller approves for sale.
3. PRODUCT/SERVICE SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT
The product/service subject to the agreement is the product/service announced on the website with its features, price and delivery conditions specified.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The product price is the price specified on the website at the time of order. Prices include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. However, the change is valid before placing an order.
Payment can be made using one of the payment methods specified during the order.
5. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order. The delivery time is a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from the order confirmation. The Seller may extend the delivery time due to unforeseen extraordinary circumstances.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Sales, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without showing any reason and without paying a penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to apply to the Seller in writing within this period.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return of products must be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with invoice
- The product must be returned in the condition it was purchased
- Return shipping cost belongs to the Buyer
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement contains all agreements between the parties. The invalidity of any provision of the agreement does not affect the validity of other provisions.
In disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and the Courts of İzmir are authorized.
9. EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement enters into force when the Buyer places an order and the Seller confirms the order.
