2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the e-commerce website of the SELLER, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER accepts that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method and delivery, and have given the necessary approval in the electronic environment.
4.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
4.3. For the delivery of the product, it is required that this contract be approved in the electronic environment and that the sales price has been fully transferred to the SELLER's account.
4.4. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the situation is notified to the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without showing any reason and without paying a penalty.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required that written notice be given to the SELLER within this period and that the product has not been used.
5.3. The shipping cost of products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER unless otherwise specified by the legislation.
6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
- Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's requests or personal needs
- Products that are not suitable for return in terms of hygiene
- Products whose packaging has been opened, used or whose resaleability has been lost
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all conditions of this contract with the order given through the site. This contract enters into force on the date it is approved in the electronic environment.
