Delivery Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are prepared the same day; later orders are prepared the next business day. Once prepared, your order is handed to our partner carrier and usually reaches your address within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total. Orders above a certain amount ship free; the applicable free-shipping threshold is shown on the cart and checkout pages.
Order & Shipment Tracking
You are notified when your order is handed to the carrier. By signing in, you can always track your orders under the "My Account" section.
Delivery Conditions
We recommend checking the packaging of your product upon delivery. For shipments you believe arrived damaged, please have the courier record a report, do not accept the product, and contact us.
