Post-Purchase Cancellation and Return Conditions
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Sales, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without showing any reason and without paying a penalty.
2. EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must make a notification containing the following information:
- Name, surname and address information
- Order number
- Clear statement indicating your withdrawal decision
- List of products to be returned

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
The following conditions must be met for the return process to be carried out:
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused
- The product must be returned completely in the condition it was purchased
- The product invoice or receipt must be sent together
- Notification must be made within the withdrawal period (14 days)
- The product must not have been used in a way that is not suitable for personal use
4. RETURN PROCESS
After your return request is received:
- Your request is evaluated within 3 business days at the latest
- Cargo information is shared for returns found suitable
- Your products are checked after being taken back
- If appropriate after inspection, the return process is completed
- Payment is refunded to your account within 14 business days
5. RETURN SHIPPING COST
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the shipping cost for returning the products to us belongs to you. However, we are not responsible for the loss of identifiable features of the product, deterioration or loss of value.
6. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Goods produced at the request of the consumer or clearly for personal needs
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date
- Goods whose return is not appropriate in terms of health or hygiene after the packaging is opened
- Goods that are combined in a way that cannot be distinguished from each other due to the nature of the goods
- Products whose 14-day withdrawal period has passed
- Used, damaged or products not in original packaging
7. PAYMENT REFUND
The price of the returned product is refunded within 14 business days at the latest after the return process is approved, using the payment method you used. If you paid by credit card, the refund amount is loaded to your credit card and reflected to your account depending on your bank's processing time.
8. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
For product exchange, a return process must be made first, then a new product order must be placed. Product exchange is not made, but you can re-order the product you want after return.
9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN
If you detect any defect or deficiency in the product you received, you must contact us within 3 (three) days at the latest. Additional time may be granted for returns of defective products and shipping costs are covered by us.
