Product Description

It is a two-component, modified polyurethane resin-based, transparent pool paint developed to solve the waterproofing problems experienced on coated surfaces such as ceramics, tiles and glass mosaics. It provides both time and cost advantages as it can be applied without removing existing coatings. It creates a waterproof, shiny and aesthetic coating on the applied surface. Thanks to its hard-elastic structure, it does not crack, swell or lift. It has high resistance to UV rays, pool chemicals, alkali and chlorine. It does not yellow, does not lose its performance under water and is resistant to abrasion. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Density A comp. (25°C): 0.93 ± 0.10 g/mL Solids Ratio: 30% ± 2 Water transfer rate: < 0.1 kg/m².h⁰·⁵ (CLASS W3) Adhesion strength: ≥ 1.0 N/mm² Water vapor permeability: SD ≤ 5 (CLASS I) Pot life (23°C): 5 – 6 hours Solvent: Organic solvent AREAS OF USE Ceramic, tile, glass mosaic, tiled swimming pools ornamental ponds Wet areas such as Turkish baths and saunas SURFACE PREPARATION The surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt, oil and residue. In existing pools, water should be drained before application and at least 7 days should be waited for the joints to dry completely. Worn joints must be renewed and fully cured. Before application, ISONEM LIQUID GLASS should be applied in a single layer as a primer. APPLICATION METHOD Components A and B are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared mixture is applied in a single layer by brush, roller or spraying. The mixture should be consumed within 5-6 hours. After application, the pool should be left to cure for a minimum of 10 days before filling it with water.
