Sika MonoTop®-612 is a cement-based, silica fume and fiber containing, polymer modified, low chlorine permeability, single component, high performance R4 class concrete repair mortar according to EN 1504-3 standard. It is used only by mixing with water and its consistency can be adjusted according to the purpose of application. Thanks to its thixotropic structure, it is especially ideal for vertical and overhead applications. It can be applied with a trowel or by spraying. It offers long-lasting solutions in the repair of indoor and outdoor reinforced concrete structures with its high mechanical strength and resistance to frost and corrosive salts. Allowing an application thickness of up to 30 mm in a single coat makes Sika MonoTop®-612 a preferred professional repair mortar for structural repairs such as columns, beams, floors and rod holes. It is safe against fire thanks to its A1 class flammability rating.
