ISONEM BE 89 Liquid Rubber Membrane is a bitumen-based and rubber-modified professional waterproofing coating with 700% elasticity. When applied by rubbing, it forms a seamless and fully waterproof membrane after drying. Thanks to its high elastic structure, it bridges cracks, adapts to surface movements and offers long-lasting protection. It can be used safely in old or new roofs, terraces and foundation insulation. Thanks to its ability to be applied underground and resistant to plant roots, it also offers ideal solutions in garden and landscaping applications. With its strong adhesion feature, ISONEM BE 89 adheres perfectly to dry or slightly damp surfaces and does not swell or separate over time. It extends the life of buildings with its structure that is resistant to groundwater. Cracks and damages should be repaired with suitable repair mortars beforehand. Lining: Before application, a suitable primer should be applied to the surface and allowed to dry. Application Method: After mixing, the product is applied in 2-3 layers with a brush or roller. Drying should be allowed between coats and application coats should be made perpendicular to each other. Suggestion: It is recommended to apply with 45 g/m² insulation mesh on terraces and roofs.
